Ken has been a bar member in Washington since 1970. He is a former chief counsel to the Washington House Judiciary Committee, where among other things he worked on the Washington Revised Probate Code. Ken also law-clerked at the Supreme Court of Washington. He has also served his community as a South Whidbey port commissioner and as a board member of the Child Abuse Prevention Foundation, and is currently a board member of the Whidbey General Hospital Foundation, and the Northwest Senior Services Board.
